His attention to detail was excellent and he took the time to really explain each step of the home buying process. This was my first time buying a home and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Paul made it easy and addressed all of my concerns regarding paperwork, contingencies, timelines, etc. Even after my initial interest in a particular property, he took the time to show me another property to see if by chance it fit my needs.
